We use Attraction Marketing to attract our target market to us, without the need to chase them, as we are all taught to do in the old school methods used offline. Droves of Network Marketers are now coming online each day, desperate for something to save their ailing business. When they begin to search around on google and the different social sites, they come across a number of people who are already using Attraction Marketing, and who have the results that the frustrated rep is looking for. At this time, the frustrated rep does not realise he is becoming a part of the attraction marketing concept!

The new person studies what the marketer is doing on the internet. Everything that they can find that this attraction marketer has done, they will gobble up. The newbie feels that they know this person quite well. Eventually, after studying them for some time, they sign up for the marketers newsletter. At this point they feel like they know the attraction marketer personnally. They are relaxed with them.. The power of attraction marketing is working!

Listen up! Everybody involved in our industry, upon seeing the title of this article should immediately have their hand raised. You should also be eager to have the page load so you can read on. I only say this because that is exactly how I felt when I was first introduced to the thought of rejection free recruiting. I’ll tell you what my next thought was… This sounds WAY too good to be true. But, it IS true!

 

So, how is this possible?! When we work our warm market, we are told that we must learn to overcome rejection. We are told that it’s not us they’re saying NO to, it’s just our opportunity. I agree and I disagree, but that is another topic.

 

Ok, so here’s the gist. Rejection Free MLM Recruiting. There are many offline techniques that come close to eliminating rejection, but again, another article is needed for that. So, today I’ll focus on internet marketing, because when marketing your home business online, REJECTION IS TOTALLY AVOIDABLE!

Here’s the first step. Stop bombarding people who aren’t interested! This is kind of obvious, but it isn’t always taught to newcomers. You need to put your attention to people that are already involved in the network marketing industry. These people won’t give you the headaches that truly uninterested people will. You won’t get the “Is this legal?” and “Is this one of those pyramid schemes?” responses that we all hate to hear! No; our target market should be people ready and waiting to change their lives in our amazing industry.

 

Next, we don’t want to vomit our opportunity and products on these people. Many people who are already involved in our industry are not out searching for a new company. They are usually looking for a way to succeed in their current business.

 

The same goes for people that aren’t involved in MLM yet. They are looking for the right company to belong with. In addition, they are really searching for a leader in the industry. Think about it; there are many, many great companies with amazing opportunities in which fortunes can be made. New people to the industry will jump on board with a person they feel is dedicated to helping them succeed. They are looking for a leader!

 

How about offering people your services instead of cramming your opportuinty down their throat. Let them see that we are valuable and that we can assist them with their business. No matter what! You need to introduce them to a proven system that you and others on your team use to succeed. No one wants to be argued with or convinced of something; everyone wants a leader!

 

Now, online marketing for MLM and networking marketing can be extremely successful and rejection free if these principles are applied. But, be real! Have a great, affordable, easy to use system for marketing and generating leads. Offer your knowledge and skills to people without expecting anything in return. Please, don’t do what I see a lot of people doing out there right now. They connect with me online and tell me that they can help me,but really offer me nothing worthwhile. This happens to me daily. What they really do is make small talk, get to know me a bit then…vomit! They I am left feeling yucky and disappointed! I didn’t receive any help like I thought I was going to. I’m sorry, but this won’t work. They are faking it and have nothing of value to offer to anyone!

If you have even been in a MLM business you are probably already familiar with the old school marketing strategies.  You know the ones, make a list of all your family and friends, put up signs on all the telephone poles, flyers on bulletin boards, drop cards, door hangers, hotel meetings, cold calling, and the infamous 3 foot rule.

Did you get a warm welcoming reception to these techniques?  Sell a lot of products?  Get a bunch of new recruits?   No?  Well don’t feel alone, they don’t work for most other people either.  That’s why most people don’t succeed in the industry.

My company indicated that everyone was a potential prospect.  While not everyone might be directly interested in the products we sold, everyone was interested in earning some extra money, right?  So just make a presentation to everyone you met and some would say yes.  I was told that it was a numbers game, the more you people you told about your opportunity, the more people you would get to sign up.

But that’s not what happened.  People soon would avoid conversation at all cost, not answer their phones nor return messages, and would go out of their way to avoid getting within conversation distance.  In other words, I had inadvertently become a member of the NFL (No Friends Left) club.

Buy opportunity leads and call them was the response from my upline.  “The more you call the more people you will sponsor, remember this is a numbers game,” he said.  Sure you will get some rejection, but don’t let it bother you.  Just consider each rejection as one more call closer to getting a “yes” response.

But by following this guidance led only to more rejection, hung up phones, and some hostile confrontations from these supposedly opportunity seeking prospects.

After running out of money and sinking into debt from purchasing useless leads I had nothing to show for it.

I gave up for a while feeling that Network Marketing just would not work for me.  But then I discovered a easier and better way.  A way that in not taught by most Network Marketing companies because it is not the “traditional way they have always done it.”

This new type of marketing, sometimes called attraction marketing or relationship marketing reverses the traditional roles and the hunted now become the hunters.  Instead of trying to push my program on anyone and everyone, I was able to offer useful information to a much more targeted audience, build a relationship with them and have them ask me about what I did and how to join my company.

{So, if the traditional Multi Level Marketing techniques are not working for you, I strongly suggest that you take a look at the new school attraction marketing techniques and don’t be held back by obsolete marketing methods, or at least marketing methods that aren’t working for you.}
